Racial inequity has seemingly become normalized. Whether we are taking about high school graduation, discipline, test scores, employment or incarceration, disproportionately is deep and pervasive. To eliminate racial inequity, we must create greater urgency and increase public will, and in so doing, we have to take more risks.
